Rear Admiral HARRY ONYELUKACHUKWU NGONADI (rtd) is a brilliant strategist, he commanded land and sea forces in the Nigerian Navy. He was born in Ekpoma Edo state, Nigeria on 20 Jan, 1959. The distinguished officer began his Military career at the Nigeria Defence Academy Kaduna. He attended the Officer sub- Technical course and Officers long course in NNS QUORRA and Principal warfare officers course at the Naval College Onne Port Harcourt, Armed Forces Command and staff college Jaji – Nigeria, National Defence College Mirpu Bangladesh.
MUOGHALU UGOCHUKWU, HEAD OF POLICY, RESEARCH AND STRATEGY
Ugochukwu serves as the Head of Admin and External Relations of Eagle Sweep Nigeria Limited. He holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Degree in History and International Studies (2010) from the University of Ado-Ekiti and a Master of Arts (M.A) Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies (2015) from the premier University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Commander Ad’ofikwu is trained and certified Medical Health practitioner. He holds a Masters in Environmental Health Management (Public Health Option) from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomosho.
As Director of Health and Human Services, he develops, implements and monitor Medical strategies, outreaches and Safety Compliance both for the staff and selected communities. Commander Ad’ofikwu is happily married with children.
EGBAGBE JEFFREY, DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS AND BUSINESS STRATEGY
Jeffery is an expert in business development and integrated growth strategies. He develops and implements and executes business strategies that cut corporate expenditure while at the same time, improving brand presence and quality of services. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University Of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana; as well as another BSc, Computer Engineering from Igbinedion University, Okada. He is a professional Project management person and draws up schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to projects planning, Updating and Executing Sales and Marketing Strategy to target the desired customers.
BODUNRIN PETER ONWORDI, DIRECTOR OF TRAINING AND MECHANICAL/MARINE ENGINEERING
Peter Onwordi has over 35years maritime experience and has attended advanced trainings within and outside the country. He has lectured at the Nigerian Navy Technical School, Borokiri, Port-Harcourt, and served as Marine Logistics and Security Coordinator of EGP-3B Chevron Platform project Offshore Escravos2012 to 2013. He is a registered member with Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) and member of International Safety Management, ISPS Code certified and MLC-2006 trained Publicity Secretary of the Society of Nigerian Mariners (SNM). He attended the National Institute for Policy & Strategic Studies KURU in 2010, and at the institute, studied strategic policy formulation and human management and psychology. While in training, he visited Paris in France and Dakar in Senegal for industrial experience and cultural understanding.
As Director of Training and Mechanical/Marine Engineering, he develops and assesses the engineering works and training capacity of staff and professional partners. Reading, Traveling and Cooking are his hobbies.
COMMODORE BENJAMIN OKON EDET (RTD), DIRECTOR OF GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND MARITIME SAFETY
Commodore BO Edet holds a Master of Science Degree in Defence and Strategies Studies from the National Defence University Islamabad, Pakistan. As Director of Engineering Services, Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria, DICON, Kaduna, he was responsible for the maintenance of all engineering services and general repairs at DICON Towers Building. He also was tasked with ensuring the maintenance of all safety equipment including portable extinguishers, nozzles, fire main system and other firefighting appliances in the DICON Headquarters building, as well as maintenance of communication equipment for both internal and external line and coordination of telephone, Water and PHCN services of the Corporation. He also worked as Director of Aircraft Engineering, Naval Headquarters, Officer in Charge of Marine Engineering School, NNEC, Nigerian Naval Engineering College, Sapele and Nigerian Naval Dockyard, Victoria Island, Lagos.
His work schedule includes detailing technical offices and production shops by summarizing experiences derived from test results and preparing guidelines on measures to be taken. Soccer, singing and reading are some of his hobbies.
COMMODORE ISAAC UTOBLO OGBOLE (RTD), DIRECTOR OF MARITIME AND INTEGRATED SECURITY SERVICES
Commodore IU Ogbole holds an MSc in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan. He has served on board Nigerian Navy (NN) ships Ruwan-yaro, Yola, Obuma, Ekpe and Erin-omi. He also served as missile gunnery officer NNS Ayam and Executive officer on board NN landing ship TANK NNS Ofiom.
Commodore Ogbole has served as Deputy Director, Special Operations, NHQ, as well as the third Commandant of the Nigerian Navy Provost School, Makurdi, Benue State. A former commander of TYPE A operational Naval Base Jubilee in Akwa-Ibom State, and Director of Foreign Liaison NHQ, he is a disciplined and gallant officer and occupied the office of the Provost Marshal NHQ before his retirement. His decorations include Forces Service Star, Distinguished Service Star, Fellow National Defence College and General Service Star.
He organises and operates Security strategies and Implementation Processes at Eagle Sweep Nigeria Limited. He also oversees the company’s Maritime Security Department and Sea Assets Protection. His personality and experience are great contributions to the vision of the organisation. His hobbies include travelling, jogging, playing lawn-tennis and meeting good people.
